YOGA CLASSES
Late/No-Show Policy:
To honor everyone’s time and the space of the yoga class, you need to be on time to the class. Doors will be locked at the start of class and you will not be able to come in late. If you paid in advance and have not made prior accommodations with the instructor, you will be charged in full for that class and not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
You can cancel or reschedule your reserved spot in a class up to 12 hours prior to the class start time. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of the class time, you must contact the yoga instructor at least 1 hour prior to the start of the class time with your request.
If you are requesting to cancel your spot in the class and you paid in advance, you are eligible for a refund minus card processing fees if canceled 12 hours or earlier before the class start time. If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time and paid in advance, you are ineligible for a refund.
If you would like to reschedule your class, you can do so up to 12 hours in advance by going to the link in your confirmation email. If you need to reschedule your class within 12 hours of the class start time, you will need to contact the yoga instructor. You will be allowed to reschedule to the same class in a future week once. If you request to reschedule that class again, you will be ineligible for such and will forfeit that class payment. This includes if you used a coupon code or similar to reserve your spot in the class.
If the yoga instructor cancels the class, you may reschedule to a future week or receive a full refund, based on your preference.
REIKI | COACHING | RAINDROP SESSIONS:
Late/No-Show Policy:
You can be up to 10 minutes late to a session and we will still conduct the session up to the scheduled end time. The session will not be extended and you will pay for the full session time. If you do not show up to the session and have not made prior accommodations, you will be charged in full for that session.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund, minus any card processing fees, for that session. You can cancel by accessing your booking confirmation email and choosing the Reschedule/Cancel link, or by calling or texting the provider. If you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment start time, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service you were to receive.
If the provider cancels the appointment, every effort will be made to reschedule you within a reasonable timeframe. If you choose to not reschedule after the provider cancels your appointment, you will be fully refunded any advance payment.
WORKSHOPS | STUDIO EVENTS

Please see specific information related to the workshop/event you have signed up for if late arrivals will be allowed and the specific policy for that workshop/event. NO-SHOW POLICY: If you do not show up to the workshop/event and have not made prior accommodations, you will be charged in full for that workshop/event.

You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund for that workshop/event. You can cancel by accessing your booking confirmation email and choosing the Reschedule/Cancel link, or, if you are canceling within 24 hours of the workshop/event start time, by calling or texting the workshop host. You will be eligible for a refund minus card processing fees if canceled 24 hours or earlier prior to the event start time. If canceled within 24 hours of the workshop/event start time, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the workshop/event price.
